Vendor Applications

FIYAHCON is expanding our offerings to artists, writers, creators, vendors, and exhibitors for our 2021 event in order to better accommodate the entire ecosystem that sustains the speculative storytelling community. Our pivot to the Airmeet platform will allow us to provide virtual booths for the “tabling” experience we miss from in-person events without the in-person price tag.

For $40 USD, exhibitors receive:

• A listing in our Vendor directory on the website, accessible to even those who do not attend the convention
• A listing in our print program going out to attendees and sponsors in September
• A dedicated information page, booth and set of meeting tables within our Airmeet convention space
• Communications with a dedicated Vendor Coordinator
• Admission to the entirety of the event, naturally
